I'm a doctor, founder, and creative based in London.
I founded Wellvrse — a company building adaptive environments designed to regulate the nervous system, using neuroscience, design, and technology.
I left clinical medicine with one observation: the environment was doing as much damage as the illness. Fluorescent light, constant noise, no natural rhythm. I left to ask a different question: what if the environment itself could be an intervention?
Alongside Wellvrse I keep a personal creative practice — photography, painting, writing. These mediums allow me to keep asking the right questions about how we shape the world around us.
